To help protect the home’s floor coverings, please do not wear shoes inside the property. A shoe rack has been provided for your convenience.

Cars should be parked inside the garage. Alternatively, free parking is available directly opposite the house or via street parking where permitted.

Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the property. Fast-charge EV stations are available within Mandurah.

Any breach of the House Rules may result in penalties and/or immediate termination of the stay.

Upon checkout, we kindly ask guests to:

-Leave beds unmade
-Clean and put away dishes
-Return furniture to original positions if moved
-Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-Turn off appliances, lights, and air conditioning
