- Smoke Drift: In accordance with building regulations (Rule 3.2), smoke must not emit from your lot. If smoking on the balcony or inside the unit, please ensure all doors/windows are managed so that smoke does not drift into neighboring units or common areas.
- Fire Doors: Your front door is a certified fire door. For your safety, it must never be propped open for ventilation.
- Fire Alarms: Propping the front door open to clear smoke can trigger the building's common property detectors. Please note that false alarms result in an automatic Fire Brigade attendance fee, which will be passed on to the guest.
- Neighbourly Consideration: We greatly appreciate your help in ensuring all smells and smoke are contained within your residence.
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
