Once settled in, however, the beach is only around 100 metres from the property via nearby parkland, making seaside walks an easy part of the day.\n\nGETTING THERE\n\nWoodgate is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from Childers and around 45 minutes from Bundaberg, depending on traffic and your starting point. Bundaberg Regional Airport is roughly 40–45 minutes by car from the Woodgate Beach area.","guestAccess":"Key collection is onsite.","houseRules":"You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:\n\n- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am\n- No parties or antisocial behaviour\n- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval\n- No pets are allowed in the property without approval\n- No smoking is allowed at any times\n- If you break something, please let us know\n- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property\n\nPlease be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.\n\nIMPORTANT:\n- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.\n- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly.
